JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of BS in Pharmacy

  • Well-versed in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations and guidelines
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong commitment to long-term career growth
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Licensed/Registered Pharmacist is an advantage, but not required
  • Experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting is a plus
  • Experience as a Medical Representative is also a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Well-presented with a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Computer-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications

FINANCE ASSOCIATE - TAX

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related accounting course
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting firms or similar financial roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data management tools
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with a sharp eye for identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure

FINANCE ASSOCIATE - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related accounting courses
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in accounting firms or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable processes, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools

FINANCE ASSOCIATE - INVENTORY

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related accounting course
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting firms or similar work environments
  • Knowledgeable in inventory control procedures and compliance requirements
  • Experience in inventory reconciliation, ensuring accuracy between records and physical counts
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook

FINANCE ASSOCIATE - TREASURY

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related accounting course
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting firms or equivalent roles
  • Proficient in bank reconciliation and financial analysis, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or other similar platforms (an advantage)

FINANCE ANALYST

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not required

TRUCK DRIVER

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • At least a High School Graduate
  • Holds an active and valid professional driver’s license
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in truck driving or related heavy vehicle operations
  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective coordination and reporting
  • Proficient in using GPS devices and navigating through digital and traditional maps
  • Well-versed in traffic laws and road safety regulations
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable, with the ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Motorcycle driving skills are an advantage but not required

LOGISTICS STAFF

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of any Business Administration-related course
  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in logistics operations or related fields
