The Finance, Treasury, and Audit teams are crucial to achieving Ambica’s business objectives and financial objectives.These teams are accountable for objectively assessing the company’s financial well-being, keeping financial records and statements, and executing effective fund and investment management. They establish guidelines and ensure adherence to both company financial policies and government regulations.

These teams create robust operational procedures based on sound financial principles and use insightful analysis of economic and industry data to make decisions that benefit customers.

Additionally, they evaluate the efficiency of operational procedures and the efficacy and sufficiency of controls addressing risks in the company’s governance, processes, and information systems

Finance ASSOCIATE - INVENTORY

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related accounting course
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting firms or similar work environments
  • Knowledgeable in inventory control procedures and compliance requirements
  • Experience in inventory reconciliation, ensuring accuracy between records and physical counts
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Finance Reporting Specialist

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • BS Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting, Audit and Finance
  • Solid knowledge in using MS Office especially Excel
  • Preferably with experience using NetSuite or any Oracle software
  • Must possess strong communication skills, and a solid knowledge of accounting principles,
  • Must have strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Audit experience preferred
  • With people management skills; able to handle tight deadlines and can work under pressure
  • With a sense of ownership and pride in his/her performance and output
  • Critical thinker and good time management skills
