Administer to patients with potentially life-threatening fungal infections such as cryptococcosis (torulosis); North American blastomycosis; disseminated forms of moniliasis (candidiasis), coccidioidomycosis & histoplasmosis; mucormycosis (phycomycosis); sporotrichosis (Sporothrix schenckii); aspergillosis (Aspergillus fumigatus); American mucocutaneous leishmaniasis.

Administered by IV Infusion for over a period of 2-4 hr. Initial dose should be 0.25 mg/kg of body weight then increase it gradually to 1 mg/kg of body weigh depending on individual response & tolerance. For Seriously ill patient, the dose may be gradually increased up to 1.5 mg/kg.
